Generating Open Enrollment Transactions for a Plan

Transactions performed during Open Enrollment for a plan do not appear in the Portal Management Dashboard until after the Open Enrollment period ends. Following Open Enrollment, you may then generate the completed transactions. Otherwise, they will be automatically generated the last day of the plan year.

Note: You must generate open enrollment transactions for each plan individually.

 

To generate all open enrollment transactions:

1.   On the Management Navigation Menu, click Benefits > Portal Management > Plan ConfigurationBenefits > Portal Management > Plan Configuration.

2.   Select the plan for which you want to reconfigure notifications in the Plan to View drop-down list.

3.   Click the Generate button (appears in the Process column when applicable).

Note: The Generate button is not available until after Open Enrollment has ended. When the Generate button is active, ExponentHR sends reminders to the Message Center notifying those with access rights that it is time to generate the transactions.

Result: All transactions completed during Open Enrollment appear in the Portal Management Dashboard the next day as new transactions.
