Edit Employee Personal Records

You can request changes to your Employee personal record by creating an eAction notice (EAN).

You have not received your W-2 in the mail and you want to see if your address is correct in the system. Viewing your Personal Record will allow you to view all of your personal information such as your mailing address. Upon reviewing the information, you discover your information is not correct. You may then create an EAN to change your address in the system.

You may delete or edit any Submitted or Rejected EAN created by you.  The Delete function will cancel the request and remove it from the system.  The Edit function will delete the original EAN and then create a duplicate EAN that will allow adjustments to the data prior to resubmitting.

All Completed and Canceled EANs are automatically removed from the summary page after 30 days.
