You may view your personal information in ExponentHR by viewing your employee record.
You
have not received your W-2 in the mail and you want to see if
your address is correct in the system. Viewing your Personal Record
will allow you to view all of your personal information (such
as your mailing address). |
To view your Personal Record:
1. On the Menu, click My Info > Employee Personal RecordMy Info > Employee Personal Record.
The Employee Personal RecordEmployee Personal Record page displays, showing all information on the record by default.
Notes:
To hide the details of any section displaying, click the CollapseCollapse button on the section title bar of each section in the record.
To show the details of any section displaying, click the ExpandExpand button on the section title bar of each section in the record.
To hide or show the details of all sections displaying, click the Collapse AllCollapse All button or the Expand AllExpand All button respectively.
2. To view one category at a time, click the Employee Personal RecordEmployee Personal Record menu and click on the categorycategory link you would like to view.
Your personal information in that category displays.
Notes:
To view all personal information, select the Display AllDisplay All option from the menu. This option is well-suited for cases where you would like to view your entire employee record.
You may only view your personal information on this page (unless it is in a custom table; see Step 3).
To edit your personal information, you must submit an eAction Notice (EAN). You may easily access EANs from menu by going to My Info > Change My InformationMy Info > Change My Information.
3. If a custom table has been added (for uniform size or driving information, for example), you may be able to add, edit, and delete rows directly in personal information.

To add a row:
1. Click the Add RowAdd Row link.
The Add/Edit Row pageAdd/Edit Row page displays.
2. Enter the information in the available fields.
3. Click the SaveSave button.
To edit a row:
1. Click the EditEdit button next to the row you want to edit.
The Add/Edit Row pageAdd/Edit Row page displays.
2. Type over the information you would like to edit in the available fields.
3. Click the SaveSave button.
To delete a row:
1. Click the EditEdit button next to the row you want to delete.
The Add/Edit Row pageAdd/Edit Row page displays.
2. Click the Delete button.
