You can use the Paid Leave Summary to display balance information, accrual information and usage history. Balances shown are for informational purposes only.
You
are at home during the weekend and, in talking to your family
about holiday plans, they inquire about how much time off of work
you can take. By viewing the Paid Leave Summary from ExponentHR,
you will be able to see your current balances for all leave categories
as well as the accrual rate at which you earn it. This will allow
you to plan for your vacation request. |
To view your leave balances:
1. On the Menu, click Time and Pay > Paid Leave SummaryTime and Pay > Paid Leave Summary.

You can also access the Paid Leave Summary page from Quick LinksQuick Links on the Menu by clicking on Paid Leave SummaryPaid Leave Summary.
The Paid Leave Summary page displays each type of leave, (i.e. sick hours, vacation hours, etc.) and a grand total of available hours. Each individual table displays carryovers and year-to-date amounts.
The Estimate LeaveEstimate Leave button to opens the Employee Leave Estimator, which calculates your projected accrual balance based on a selected date. See the related Help topic: Estimate Leave Balances - Exempt Estimate Leave Balances - Non-Exempt.
2. Click the DetailDetail button to display detailed information about the corresponding Leave Types.

Notes:
This is a detailed report for the designated leave plan. The top sectiontop section includes all accruals and usage for the current year. The lower sectionlower section displays detailed accruals and usage for the prior year, including any unused carryover to the current year, if applicable.
Usage will be listed by either by day or by pay period. All hours submitted within a pay period will be compiled in this report as a single item at the end of the applicable pay period.
3. Click the Return to SummaryReturn to Summary button to return to the Paid Leave Summary page.
