This report provides information for you to prepare Form 8027: Employer's Annual Information Return of Tip Income and Allocated Tips for each establishment at the end of the year. You can generate summary results for each establishment by using the Group By options.
Note: The report is very similar to the Tips as a Percent of Sales report, except that it uses voucher data instead of Time Clock data.
To run this report:
1. On the Menu, click Wage & Tax > ReportsWage & Tax > Reports.
The reports availablereports available menu will display.
2. Click the Form 8027 Worksheet link.
The Form 8027 WorksheetForm 8027 Worksheet page displays.
3. If necessary, select a specific employee from the Employee drop-down box to view tips for that employee only.
Note: Leave the field set to All Employees to view a report including all employees at your company.
4. To format the report by grouping, sorting, or filtering the results, see the Related Help Topics.
5. Click the Generate Report button.
Result: The report you selected displays in a new window with the options you selected.
Notes:
You may print the report by clicking the Print button.
You may close the report by clicking the Close button.
